The Mission

My mission is to stop high-performing leaders and entrepreneurs ruining their lives by ONLY focusing on work.

At the heart of this is the urgent need to change the way leaders think, feel and behave in the boardroom.  I am here to bring humanity back into business!

I don’t want our children to grow up thinking they need to ‘conform’, work excessive hours to be recognized, or see life outside of work as secondary or hidden. I’m changing the narrative to prioritize self-awareness, health, personal growth and relationships, alongside professional success.

I am a catalyst for change. Through my work, I ensure that:

As the founder of Stronger Inside & Out, I am proud to share that I am neurodiverse. I’ve experienced firsthand the challenges and strengths that come with this, and I am passionate about ensuring that our services cater to the needs of everyone, including those who are neurodivergent. It’s important to me that we create a space where authenticity is embraced, and where every individual can feel confident and empowered in their journey.

I understand that many individuals face barriers when it comes to accessing personal and business development opportunities, especially those from underrepresented or marginalized groups. That’s why I’m actively working to ensure that inclusivity is at the heart of everything I do. 

While I am not perfect, I am committed to constantly improving.

• I am committed to providing resources and creating a culture that encourages mental well-being, health, and personal growth for everyone.
• I uphold a zero-tolerance policy for hate, discrimination, or prejudice of any kind. If I’m made aware of any behaviour that goes against our values, I reserve the right to remove that individual from our services and community.
